Four stages, and you can leave after any of them.

Each stage produces something you own outright. No stage depends on us being the ones to do the next.

Discovery
We sit with the people who will use the thing. You leave with a technical plan, a clickable prototype and a costed estimate — yours to keep, whoever builds it.
022–4 weeks
Design
Interface and data model designed together, because one constrains the other. We prototype the two or three screens where the work actually happens before writing production code.
038–24 weeks
Build
Two-week increments, deployed to staging every time. You see working software fortnightly, and the scope conversation happens while it is still cheap to have.

Handover
Documentation, runbooks and a walkthrough with your team. We stay on a support agreement if you want one — not because you are locked in.
