What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of awesome.co.ke. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using it.

They do not govern any work we do for you. Consultancy engagements are set out in a separate written agreement covering scope, payment, ownership and liability, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

An enquiry is not a contract

Sending us a message through the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, commit either of us to anything, or oblige us to take on the work.

We will reply, and if we are not the right fit we will say so. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here should be treated as professional advice for your particular situation.

Our content

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to Awesome Solutions unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it.

You may not republish it wholesale as your own, or copy the site's design and content to present another business as ours.

Our products and outbound links

MultiPOS, EduPlus and KaliMart are separate products on their own domains. Using them is governed by their own terms, not these. The pages here describe what they do; they are not a warranty of how they will perform for you.

Where we link to a site we do not run, we are not responsible for what is on it.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system.
Submit anything through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading about who you are.
Use automated means to flood the contact form. It is rate-limited, and submissions beyond the limit are refused.
Interfere with the site's availability for other people.

No warranty on the site itself

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise the information on it is complete or current at every moment. Descriptions of our products and services are given in good faith and may change.

Limits of our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website — including lost profits, lost data or business interruption — where that loss results from the website itself rather than from work carried out under a signed agreement.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
